your senior experience
Senior photo sessions happen only once in your lifetime, and I want to make that experience fun and memorable. My goal for your session is to capture the uniqueness that is you.
We’ll go through outfit choices, location preferences that best go with the outfits you choose and tell the world exactly who you are!
I make a playlist with your favorite music for us to listen to while we shoot, I will help you pose and make it look effortless. Even if you are a little nervous, I will help you loosen up and feel more comfortable in front of the camera.
what to expect
- We chat! You’ll receive a questionnaire where you can tell me all about you, your favorite tunes, what you like to do with your friends, and other little deets that helps me get to you know you better to plan your senior session.
- Time to plan! Once your session is booked, you’ll receive the style guide I’ve created just for seniors. It’s loaded with outfit inspirations and other tips for you on how to feel confident during your shoot!
- Your session! This is where we spend our time together at the locations you chose during our planning time. I will help you feel comfortable in front of the camera and guide you along with poses that are natural and fun!
- Gallery time! You’ll receive your images via online-gallery with all those gorgeous and brag-worthy images.
F.A.Q.s
Q: How far in advance should we book?
I highly suggest that you book your senior session in the spring of your junior year so that you get your preferred date on the calendar. I do require my senior sessions to book at no less than 4 weeks in advance, especially during the fall months. My fall dates are limited and will fill up quickly.
Q: What is your payment process?
I will send you a contract to go over and sign where you can pay your session deposit fee and session payment via electronically. You are welcome to pay via cash or check the day of your session as well.
Q: Where are you based and do you travel?
I’m based out of Farmington but am willing to travel up to 20 miles from my home. Anything outside of that will require travel fee.
Q: How do I choose a location?
If there’s a spot you’re really interested in having your session at, please let me know! If you’re not sure, I’ll give ya some suggestions of my favorite locations for you to choose from. Some locations may require a permit to photograph there, if there is, there will additional fees in order to procure the permit.
Q: When will we receive our images?
Your gallery of edited images will be delivered within 14 days of your session date. During my busy season ( September – November), this may be delayed slightly depending on my workload. You will have access to a private gallery where you are able to download your images, order prints and products to display in your home or to give as gifts to your family!
Q: What happens if there is bad weather on our date?
At the photographer’s discretion, sessions can be rescheduled with 2 hours notice if there is bad weather.
the investment
Your senior session experience includes 2-3 hours and up to 2-3 outfit changes at 2 locations of your choice.
Whether, in the city, by the Guthrie Theater, on a lake, or down an old country road, you customize how you want your session to be!
My senior sessions are all inclusive, meaning there is no hidden stuff. Beginning at $329 + tax, this includes a senior session welcome guide, all edited digital images from your session, private online gallery, and printing rights. Additional professional print, canvasses, or photo books may be purchased directly from your gallery.
