And last but certainly not least, meet Quin—the third of the Shibata triplets I had the joy of photographing this week! Funny enough, she’s actually the firstborn of the bunch. We kicked off her session at Lake Harriet after snapping a few sweet sibling shots, and what a gorgeous (hot!) summer evening it was. I definitely underestimated how busy it would be, but that’s part of the fun of photographing these three amazing sisters back-to-back!
Quin was an absolute delight—bubbly, easygoing, and full of laughter. She cracked up at just about everything I did, whether I meant to be funny or not (honestly, probably both!). Her energy made the whole session feel so effortless and joyful.
While her sisters brought along their favorite stuffed animals, Quin mixed it up with something shiny—her French horn! I loved incorporating this special touch into her photos. It perfectly captured a piece of who she is and added a personal flair that made the session uniquely hers.
Quin’s session was a beautiful way to round out photographing the Shibata triplets this week. Huge thanks to Quin and her family for such a fun, personality-filled evening. I can’t wait to share more of these incredible senior sessions from the Class of 2026!
