I met the Nystrom family on a beautiful, yet chilly Saturday morning at Lebanon Hills – Holland Lake Trailhead. Little Evelyn wasn’t too sure of me at first but with a little bribery from me and some fruit snacks mom she definitely warmed up to me and gave me all the cheeses.
