Photographing my friends and their family makes my heart so happy. Kaye and Tim are very, very dear friends of mine. Kaye was in the same social group that I was in during college and her husband was in a similar group on campus

I have certainly hit the jackpot when it comes to photographing seniors this year. All my seniors have been fabulous in front of the camera and behind it as well. Truman was no exception. Truman was my last senior session of the year and I’m so thankful that he was.

I never, ever, ever, ever not love photographing this family. EVER. They are the most kind, gracious, and hilarious family I’ve ever known. The boys may be a little crazy sometimes, but that’s ok. Boys are supposed to be like that. I should know. I have 3 myself.

Justina had the most perfect timing when it came to scheduling her senior session. The colors of the leaves were at the right time of the year where everyone swoons over how beautiful they are

When I last met up with the Kelly family last fall, Michella was a boy mom of three, fellow homeschooler and with a baby on the way. Now the Kelly family is a family of 6 with cute little Evie.

Micah, Lauren and his adorable family are very special family to the Newman clan. We all belong to the same church and they started attending last spring when Micah became the new children’s pastor.

When Julie and I were discussing her family session, I suggested that we try something a little less traditional when it came to fall portraits. I’m so glad Julie and her family were up for an adventure in downtown St. Paul.

The Mower crew is from Indiana, Florida and newly to Minnesota. They are good friends with a family that belongs to the same church as my family. Lori, Troy and Tyler Mower were visiting their daughter and family for a short period in September and wanted some family pictures done while they were here.

Maddie and Emilee are probably the most adorable sisters that I have ever photographed. Their session this year was all about apple picking. They had the most perfect day to do it too. We met at Whistling Well Apple Orchard in Hastings on a Monday night and it was like we had the place to ourselves.
