If you’re looking for me, I am probably snuggled up under a blanket with a good book and can of Spindrift.
My journey as a photographer probably sounds like all others out there. I took a photography class in high school, loved every minute of it and was sad that I didn’t continue that path when I went to college.
Fast forward to 2013, where I purchased my first “fancy” camera and started taking pictures of flowers, buildings and other landmarks in and around my town to enter into the community calendar contest. A few of my images made it in over the course of the years that I entered. This reignited my passion for photography and took a chance with photographing subjects other than my children and flowers.
After almost 5 years into this business, I’ve seen it grow from only having photographed my kids and a few friends who were kind enough to give me a shot into this, into having repeat families and referrals from clients to photograph their families or high school seniors. I seriously do not take this job for granted. I love working with my current clients and meeting new ones who come my way!! I am very grateful for what I do and thank God for the opportunity to be able to serve beautiful people like you!
Enough about my business, learn more about me and the family!

Matt
We’ve been together for 17 years and married for 14! He’s a software consultant during the day and my nerd herd when he’s off the clock. Resident Ravenclaw and Doctor Who fan.
We both grew up in small towns in southern Minnesota and would love to have some land for a workshop for his endless project list that I give him.

Luke
The teenager, the back-up tech support, actor, fellow Hufflepuff and bestest big brother.

Jacob
The middle kiddle, who loves everything about birds and is the reason we have various bird feeders in our yard at any given moment. Also, another member of the Ravenclaw house who will probably follow in his daddy’s footsteps in becoming an engineer someday.

David
Oh, the baby of the family and he fills the role to a T and he knows it. He loves anything that is super colorful, giving his daddy a daily hug after breakfast and playing Minecraft with his big bros.
fun little tidbit about our kiddos: they are exactly four years and four months apart….not at all planned. Just happened that way.
