It’s been a couple of years since I’ve photographed this extended and blended family and they’ve added a few more family members since. I enjoy every moment of time spent with these fantastic people, it sometimes feels like herding cats but that’s the best part of being with them all.

The rain throughout the day threatened to postpone this extended family session with the Sodolka family. But it seemed to stay away for just enough time to get this family together. One plus to the threat of rain, we had the park practically to ourselves!

I love seeing how much these little dudes have grown over the last 4ish years since I’ve started taking their pictures. I also appreciate Allesha and her family to be super flexible with trying new places for their family sessions with me!

I love trying new places with my families for their sessions. Lisa recommended Afton State Park for their upcoming family session and I was stoked to try it out! I hadn’t had time to check it out prior to their session due to being backed up from my eye surgery and various other things.
